About Us
Have you bought one or more tickets and would you like to cancel them?
As is usual with events, cancellations/refunds are generally not possible.
Can I sell my ticket?
You have the possibility to (legally) sell your ticket. Although there are names on the tickets we issue, they are not personal and can therefore be sold. For this you can use our Facebook group Megamarsch buy & sell. There you can resell your ticket quickly, easily and usually at the original price.
Do I have to open my ticket?
rewrite the new participant?
On Corona's Grund, it is imperative that if you resell your ticket, you transfer the ticket to the new participant. In addition to the name, the e-mail address, telephone number and address of the new participant must also be stored.
How can I transfer my ticket(s) to other participants?
You can transfer your ticket to other participants very easily. To do this, go to the first e-mail you received from our partner Eventbrite and activate your Eventbrite account there using the "Activate account" button/link. It is best to do the paraphrase on the PC, as it often does not work in the app.
