These terms and conditions apply to the contests of hundert24 GmbH, Blumenberger Str. 143-145, 41061 Mönchengladbach (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

Participation in contests is exclusively governed by these terms and conditions. The contests are in no way connected to Facebook/Instagram/Meta and are not organized or supported by Facebook/Instagram/Meta.

1) Duration of the Contest
The duration of the contest is specified in the respective contest post. During the specified period, users can participate in the contest online.

2) Contest Procedure
The respective contest post will describe how users can participate. Participation is based on the stated requirements (e.g., liking or commenting on the post) and the acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered for the draw.
Each participant is only allowed to submit one entry for the contest. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the contest is free of charge.

3) Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to the Organizer’s customers and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If participants have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All individuals involved in the conception and implementation of the contest and employees of the Organizer, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Additionally, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its own discretion for justified reasons, such as:
(a) in case of manipulation related to access to or conduct of the contest,
(b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) in case of unfair behavior, or
(d) in case of false or misleading information provided in connection with the participation in the contest.

4) Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
The prize of the contest will be specified in the respective contest post. The winners will be selected through a random draw among all participants after the participation period ends.
The winners will be promptly notified in the contest post or via private message. Each winner must respond within one week via email or messenger. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Organizer may transfer the prize to another participant.
The prize will be delivered via postal mail/package delivery/email at the Organizer’s or partner's expense, exclusively to the winner or their legal representative. An exchange, self-pickup, or cash payout of the prize is not possible.
Any costs associated with claiming the prize (e.g., travel expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.

5) Early Termination of the Contest
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The Organizer will particularly exercise this right if, due to technical reasons (e.g., computer system viruses, manipulation, or hardware/software errors) or legal reasons, the proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed. If the contest is terminated due to a participant’s behavior, the Organizer may claim compensation for the damage caused by that person.

6) Data Protection
To participate in the contest, providing personal data is necessary. The participant assures that the information provided, especially first and last name, address, and email address, is accurate and truthful.
All email addresses and voluntarily provided data will be collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. Participant data may be passed on to prize sponsors or contest partners. In this case, the participant will be informed in advance. 7) Withdrawal
Participants are free to withdraw their registration data and thus withdraw from participation at any time by contacting info@megamarsch.de.

8) Liability
Claims for material and/or legal defects of the prizes donated by prize sponsors must be made directly against the sponsors.
The Organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or any resulting consequences for the execution of the contest.

The Organizer’s contest is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
